My Experience on Job Training at Bukit Elang housing

Hi fellas, today i'm gonna share some of my experience at job training. The purpose i make this blog is to share my experience at job training and to complete my English task. I created this English blog with the help of Google Translate and Reverso, so if there are some mistakes in my writing, im happy to receive criticism and suggestion from reader. Without wasting any more time, let's start the story

I did an internship at a property company called Pt Warna Alam Indonesia. My place of internship is located at Jl. R. Soekamto, Mangunharjo, Tembalang, Semarang, Central Java. The reason for my internship was to fulfill school obligations and to gain experience in the world of work. There are two members of my apprentice, namely me and Kreshna.

The first day of my internship was an introductory stage, where Kreshna and I were invited by the supervisor to get to know the company's employees. On the first day, the supervisor also introduced me and Kreshna about the tasks we would be working on during our internship period.

At the beginning of my internship, I felt very awkward with other employees because I didn't know each other. In the first month of my internship, I went through the internship with a heavy feeling because the working hours were very long. But in the following months I felt normal because I had adapted to the work environment at the company

At the internship, Kreshna and I were assigned two places, namely in the field and in the studio. When we were in the field, our task was to measure the length and width of the land where the house would be built. While in the studio, our task is to draw buildings based on measurements in the field.

I think working in the field is more difficult than in the studio, because apart from the hot weather, measurements are also difficult because I use a theodolite that I haven't studied yet. However, even though it was difficult, the work in the field gave me experience that I did not get at school, namely how to use the theodolite. When I was in the studio, my supervisor also taught me 2D software, namely AutoCAD and 3D software, namely Sketch Up.

Around April I was invited by my supervisor to measure the land for a project in the Gunungpati area. Not long after that, I got new interns from SMK 7 boys and girls named Irfan and Lili. But 2 weeks later Irfan was moved to the Jabungan area by the company on the grounds that Irfan's house was closer to the Jabungan area.

At the end of June I was asked by my supervisor to complete my internship report. After completing and getting approval from my supervisor, I said goodbye to all employees and thanked them for teaching me many things about the world of work.

All the experiences I got during my internship had a very positive impact on my development. By doing internships, I can apply the knowledge I get at school and apply it in the world of work.

Those are some experiences that I can share with my fellow readers. Thank you for taking the time to read my writing. See you again in my next post bye bye.
